Dear all.

As an ex employee of Kelvin Hughes, which was where I started my sea going
career, we have a very lively re-union every other year.

To help Rita Roth,(ex sea staff manager from KH) to collect as many ex staff
as possible into her email box.

If any of you know any ex Kelvin Hughes, Quadrant Marine, or SAIT Radio
Officers then ask them to contact me via the Coollist and I'll pass on her
email address.

Following from the Telegraph for February.

On Saturday 12 May 2001 there will be a final reunion of the
Radio/Electronics Officers who worked for Kelvin Hughes/Quadrant
Marine/SAIT between 1971 and the early 1990s. Pictures from the last
function are available on the website and reveal that some of us have
found the secret of eternal youth! [but she doesn't give the website
URL - Ed]
Further information can be obtained from Mrs Rita Roth (tel 01702
584689, fax 01702 586050 or e-mail ritaroth@aol.com).
We look forward to seeing you all.

Rita Roth

The 'do' is set and running, about 50 of us will be attending what is looking to be a great 'latern swinging contest'. The usual rules apply, like the Saturday night toast...

"To our wives and sweet-hearts.....may they never meet!"

Still places open if you want to join us or know anyone who is ex. KH.
Drop Rita an email, or just turn up with discharge book in hand.
