Life story - Left Victoria College in '81, spent 3 years at Merchant Navy College in Greenhithe, Kent (radar, electronics & comms engineering) and joined Swire Pacific in Hong Kong (CNCo. & Harrisons Clyde) for a couple of years as a Radio & Electronics Officer.

Moved shoreside in '86 to W.Sussex as Snr Svc Engineer with Rediffusion Radio Systems (Redifon), got married in '87, and returned to sea again in '88 as an Electro-Technical Officer with P&O / Princess Cruises for 4 years including a 1 year HND at Southampton Institute (Solent University).

Since '92 I've been with the Dept. of Electronics as an Asst. Systems Manager (aka Air Traffic Engineer) at Jersey Airport.
